Job Details

Main Responsibilities

  • Work semi-independent on ground research work and provide sufficient and effective assistance Managers on research projects
  • Design partial questionnaire/guide based on similar past projects or instruction from manager
  • Pick out data from tabulations/content analysis to prepare simple PPT presentation in a skillful and smart way
  • Provide more advanced analysis (complex content analysis simple factor and cluster analysis etc.)
  • Do and interpret statistical tests (for Quantitative Research only)
  • Co-moderate simple focus group (for Qualitative Research only)
  • Conduct in-depth interviews for junior clients to watch (for Qualitative Research only)
  • Do simple quotations
  • Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC on research projects
  • Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project
  • Prepare clear and precise FLD briefing documents
  • Do good supervisor and interviewer briefings
  • Evaluate FLD costs
  • Be pleasant and cheerful to colleagues and clients and respond requests and tasks quickly
  • Keep files and papers well organized
  • Follow billings and collections for project
  • Communicate with internal colleagues and external clients on projects well in English and Mandarin
  • Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work
  • Take initiative to do more than asked

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university
  • 0-2 years experience in market research marketing brand management analysis function
  • Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
  • Good command of MS-Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint and other AI tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have basic knowledge of marketing and market research
  • Possess ability in logical thinking analysis and quick learning
  • Client oriented and good service attitude
  • Easy-going out-going passionate detail-oriented and positive attitude
  • A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manners
