Job Summary
Overview
Full Time (36 hours per week); Days 7am-7:30pm
To provide additional assistance to keep identified patients safe from self-harm.

Responsibilities
- Ensure patients safety by providing a safe environment
- Assist patient with routine activities
- Coordinate care with appropriate hospital personnel
- Document implementation of safety protocols
- Demonstrates the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school Diploma or GED preferred.
