Deskside IT Support
Location: Orange County CA
Job Status: Full Time
Workdays: M-F 8 Hours Daily
Duration: 8-12 Months Contract
On-site Deskside Support Job Description:
- Install/configure PC operating system software and standard application
- Configure (hardware software) client computers and other device prior to installation
- Upgrade current desktop with new system with update Image and OS provided by customer
- Deliver/Install Assets
- Install new releases of supported software on computers
- Initialize computers as needed in conjunction with install/migration/upgrade
- Verify desktop is fully functional following the install/migration/upgrade process
- Provide technical assistance during install/conversion as requested
- Provide parts and labor for all service needed to computers other related devices for both inwarranty and outofwarranty issues
- Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops laptops and other related devices
- Maintain asset/parts inventory
- Provide technical support services for hardware and software on computer and
- Other related PC attachable devices for issues routed from Helpdesk
- Terminate dispose of and relocate assets as needed
