Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desired Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in technical support within the engineering industry.
- Experience working with prestigious clients and delivering top-tier engineering services.
- Knowledge of engineering software and tools.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30 per hour.
- Maximum Salary: $33 per hour.
