To gain market share and grow market in theCardiac AblationSolutions (CAS)Business by promoting selling and servicing MedtronicsCASolutionsproducts within assigned territory.

CAS seekscollaborative candidates who are patient-centric passionate and whorepresentthe same wide variety of life experiences as our patients. We areseekinga committed professional tojoinour team. While this is a remote position notlocatedat a physical Medtronic site the candidate hired will betoresidewithin the territory anddrive tomultiple accounts throughout the region. A valid drivers license is essential for this role.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent MedtronicCASolutions as the point ofcontact for assigned accounts

  • Responsible for sales service clinical / tech support

  • Manage overall relationship betweenCASand account

  • Conduct sales calls to promote sell and service MedtronicsCASolutionsproducts andservices

  • Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals andobjectives

  • Maintain knowledge of MedtronicCASproducts andsupport sales efforts of same

  • Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned

  • Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports account profiles and analysis daily planners competitive updates and inventory log)

  • Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity changes in marketsdistribution and pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features

  • Cost-effectively manage time and assets

  • Effectivelyutilizesales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs

  • Train and educate customers to gain incremental business and expand market

  • Maintain proficient level of product knowledgein all assigned product lines

  • Advisecustomers of changes and developments related toCASproductsindicationsapprovalsprotocolsand safety information

  • Must have a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance policy.In addition your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application

MUST TOHAVE;BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3 years medical sales within the field of Cardiology hospital environment selling to electro physiologists in the EP/Ablation market

  • 3yearsofCASClinical Specialist experience

NICE TO HAVE:DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree

  • 5 years medical sales experience in hospital environment selling to electro physiologists in the EP/ Ablation market

  • Demonstrable success inpreviousemploymentindicatinghigh levelof sales performance

  • Occasionally will lift and/or move up to 15 pounds

  • Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day

  • Over 75% travel

  • Cath Lab / OR procedural observations as needed

In addition to Base Salary this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) whichprovidesthe opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. Learn more about total rewards on page 6here.

Theprovidedbase salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience certification/education market conditions location etc.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$60000

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
