We are actively hiring Customer Success Associates (Female Candidates Encouraged) to join our growing Customer Success team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about client communication relationship management and service excellence and are eager to work with international clients in a professional growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day communication with clients
- Understand client requirements and assist in delivering timely solutions
- Coordinate with Engineering Support and Operations teams to resolve client concerns
- Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction engagement and retention metrics
- Participate in client onboarding and training sessions
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Document client feedback and support continuous service improvement
- Learn and apply best practices for customer relationship management
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
- Up to 1 year of experience in a client-facing customer support or service role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work night shifts:
- US Time Zone: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
- AUS Time Zone: 3:00 AM 12:00 PM
