Job Responsibilities
Customer Retention Executive
Engage with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and improve retention rates.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales renewals and customer retention.
Address customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions to prevent churn.
Customer Experience Management
Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience throughout all interactions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales/retention targets.
Reporting & Compliance
Accurately update customer information and interaction records in the system.
Adhere to company policies procedures and compliance guidelines.
Job Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Customer Retention or Customer Service with a sales focus.
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales and retention KPIs.
Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: RM2800 RM3500 (based on experience)
