As we expand into Australia we are seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead strategic growth and
position Madre as a trusted Talent as a Service partner including workforce solutions supporting
cybersecurity operations.
Role Overview
The Chief Sales Officer will drive national revenue growth and market expansion for Madres
Talent as a Service model. This role focuses on enterprise workforce outsourcing with a strong
emphasis on providing specialized talent for cybersecurity and digital infrastructure environments.
The CSO will operate as an executive leader building high-value partnerships engaging decision-
makers and scaling sales operations across the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Australia sales strategy for Talent as a Service and workforce
outsourcing
Drive enterprise client acquisition across engineering technical and cybersecurity
manpower needs
Engage CIOs CISOs and executive stakeholders on scalable talent solutions
Identify opportunities in cybersecurity staffing SOC workforce support and digital
operations teams
Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to closure
Build and mentor a high-performance regional sales organization
Establish sales governance KPIs and reporting frameworks
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure workforce excellence and client retention
Represent Madre in industry forums and cybersecurity-related business events
Develop long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise and government clientsRequired Qualifications
10 years of senior sales leadership experience in workforce outsourcing or enterprise
services
Proven success scaling revenue in competitive enterprise markets
Strong understanding of Talent as a Service and modern workforce models
Familiarity with cybersecurity talent demand and digital workforce trends
Experience engaging C-level stakeholders
Exceptional negotiation and executive communication skills
Deep knowledge of the Australian market
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Information Technology or a
related field
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales Marketing or Management is highly preferred
Executive leadership training or certifications are an advantage
Preferred Experience
Exposure to cybersecurity workforce solutions or technology staffing
Experience in compliance-driven industries (finance healthcare infrastructure
government)
Participation in digital transformation or managed service programs

Required Skills:
Role Objective: HR Interns will work closely with the HR team on various projects and tasks allowing them to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR functions within a professional environment. The HR Intern will be responsible for addressing any employee-related issues and managing the social media platforms that shall align the business objectives of Madre with employees and the designated stakeholders/clients to achieve a comprehensive organizational vision and mission. Key Accountabilities Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms. Responding to comments/messages of Job Advertisements. Organizing CVs according to the required designation. Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone in-person & on-site. Assisting HRBP with post-hiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates. Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee.
