Job Summary
Finance Manager
Childrens Attention Home (CAH) is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Administrations Manager to lead the organizations financial operations and ensure compliance with state federal and nonprofit standards. This strategic role oversees accounting budgeting payroll and financial reporting while supporting organizational sustainability and transparency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable payroll reconciliations and tax reporting.
- Oversee budgeting financial analysis and reporting for leadership and board committees.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP grant requirements and financial policies.
- Coordinate audits insurance coverage and document retention.
- Supervise bookkeeper and support HR functions including benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll/HCM systems.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license required.
