KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING TO POTENTIAL RESIDENTS: providing a great first impression to visitors via high volume of inbound and outbound calls follow-up phone calls and emails scheduling appointments and tours on behalf of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Assists in preparing marketing brochures and new resident materials. The Sales Assistant will proactively and professionally represent Bayview throughout the community and foster a positive image of Bayview.
FACILITATING MOVE-INS: works directly with incoming new residents and their families and helps facilitate the move-in process including but not limited to compiling of admission for residency paperwork coordinates unit preparation with maintenance staff; serves as the point-person for questions relating to resident move-ins; provides new residents with keys for their independent living; prepares new resident welcome basket; collaborates with the resident operations team and resident mentor group to ensure that new residents experience minimal stress and maximum satisfaction as they become oriented to the facility and acquainted with the Bayview community.
CRM DATEBASE MANAGEMENT: actively works in the lead management system accurately inputs sales and marketing activities as directed in a timely manner and according to system standards.
LEAD GENERATION & NURTURING: work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Coordinator in assisting with marketing events for the purpose of attracting inspiring and educating prospective residents and their advocates.
OTHER: Performs other related duties in support of sales and marketing as needed including but not limited to walk-in tours ensuring readiness of apartments and guest room waitlist experience. Contributes through words and actions to the development of a cohesive ethical congenial and multicultural workforce; supports Bayviews commitment to providing high quality services in enriching cost-effective spiritual and caring and dignified social environment.
