The Senior FP&A Profile and Revenue Analyst (Strategic Modelling) is a senior specialist role responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality student profile and revenue forecasting models that inform RMITs tactical and strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Profile Planning this role plays a critical part in coordinating RMIT Groups annual and five-year student profile and revenue planning processes.
You will provide authoritative analysis and insights on enrolment performance student revenue forecasting and government funding impacts while acting as a subject matter expert for RMITs student forecasting systems. This role requires advanced analytical capability strong system and modelling expertise and the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for senior leaders.
About You
You are a highly analytical finance and modelling professional with deep experience in forecasting systems and data-driven decision support within large complex organisations.
You will bring:
Significant experience in financial business or student profile modelling and forecasting
Strong analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the enterprise-wide impact
Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders
Experience working with enterprise financial planning systems and integrated data environments
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to modelling and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to executive-level audiences
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities

Finance & Governance partners with the University to enable strong financial stewardship sustainable growth and evidence-based decision-making. The portfolio delivers strategic financial management planning analysis and advice in support of RMITs academic mission and long-term strategy.
The Strategic Finance group provides enterprise-wide insight through financial modelling forecasting analytics and performance reporting to support executive government and regulatory requirements.
