- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and commercial roles from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Align talent acquisition strategies with Go-To-Market (GTM) business initiatives and growth objectives.
- Proactively source screen and assess candidates using market intelligence and competitive talent insights.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and GTM stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs and hiring plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Conduct telephone interviews final assessments and manage offer processes including compensation discussions and negotiations.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to drive effective hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes.
