Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and evolve the BNPL product vision aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Collaborate with engineering design and data teams to deliver BNPL features
Draft user stories prioritize the backlog and ensure timely delivery of product milestones

Ensure adherence to consumer credit regulations and data privacy laws

Act as the BNPL product evangelist across internal teams and external partners

Experience:
5 years of experience in BNPL payments or consumer lending products

Prior roles at BNPL providers (e.g. Affirm Klarna Afterpay) or fintech firms

Strong understanding of installment lending mechanics and merchant discount models
Familiarity with API-based payment integrations and e-commerce platforms
