Job Summary
Drive local routes from Tipp City OH (ZIP 45371) with daily home time competitive pay and a supportive operations team. Freight includes dry and refrigerated no-touch loads to locations in OH KY and IN within 250 miles of the DC. Routes are live unload or drop & hook using newer day cab tractors in a slip-seat operation.
Pay & Training
- Average weekly pay: $1350 -$1500
- Mileage pay: $0.57$0.65 per mile ( based on verifiable experience)
- Training pay: $100/day for 1-day ride-along
Additional pay:
- Backhaul: $51.50 per backhaul
- Extra stops: $20 after the first
- Minimum pay: $45 for shorter routes (<96 miles)
Schedule & Requirements
- Home daily with 2 days off per week
- Night weekend and holiday availability required
- Shifts average 12 hours/day
- Must live within 50 miles of Tipp City OH
- Must have personal transportation to/from the distribution center
- Holiday work pays $75; working the week before is mandatory
