The Principal Product Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining product vision driving product strategy and leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business and customer value. This role operates at a strategic level influencing company-wide product direction while partnering closely with engineering design marketing sales and executive leadership.
The successful candidate will demonstrate deep product expertise strong business acumen and the ability to lead high-impact initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and own long-term product vision strategy and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
Lead discovery prioritization and delivery of complex high-impact product initiatives
Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and success metrics
Partner closely with engineering UX/design data and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products
Drive alignment across executive leadership and key stakeholders on product priorities and trade-offs
Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and business outcomes
Mentor and provide guidance to senior and mid-level product managers
Ensure products meet compliance security scalability and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field
812 years of experience in product management with demonstrated success leading complex products or platforms
Proven ability to define and execute product strategy at an enterprise or platform level
Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies (Agile Scrum Lean)
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including executive-level presentation ability
Experience working cross-functionally in distributed or remote teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree (MBA or equivalent)
Experience with SaaS cloud platforms data products or AI-driven solutions
Background in regulated industries or enterprise-scale products
Experience influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $165000 $210000 USD commensurate with experience expertise and geographic location
