Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring Online Presence:

Track and monitor online mentions reviews and comments across various digital platforms.

Utilize monitoring tools to stay informed about brand sentiment and address potential issues promptly.

Reputation Analysis:

Conduct an in-depth analysis of online sentiment and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports and insights on the companys online reputation highlighting areas of concern or success.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance and protect the companys online image.

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align ORM efforts with overall brand goals.

Response and Engagement:

Craft and implement effective responses to online feedback both positive and negative.

Engage with online communities and customers to build positive relationships and address concerns.

Content Management:

Create and optimize positive content for the company on various platforms to enhance online visibility.

Work with content creators to ensure a consistent and positive brand narrative.

Crisis Management:

Develop crisis management plans to address potential reputation threats swiftly and effectively.

Act as a point of contact for urgent ORM issues collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

ORM and Crisis management experience is a plus.

Familiarity with ORM tools and technologies is a plus.
