We are hiring for one of the top Banking domain client fo the role of IT Asset Management For Mumbai Location
Please find the job description for the IT Asset Management role based in Thane Mumbai outlined below:
1. Asset Allocation: Manage the allocation of IT assets to end users and ensure timely provision for new joiners.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain the asset inventory for all branches across India. Track and identify obsolete assets for replacement.
3. Service Request Tracking: Monitor service requests for IT consumables across all branches and review consumption patterns.
4. BOM Maintenance: Tally and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) for asset surrenders and reallocations.
5. E-Waste Coordination: Coordinate with branches for the storage and disposal of obsolete IT assets in compliance with the E-Waste policy.
6. IT Clearance: Manage the IT clearance process (FNF) for exiting employees once all assets have been surrendered.
