Key responsibilities:

• Outbound Planning & Coordination: Helping plan and manage production and delivery to ensure seamless operations (Inbound Outbound Inventory & Dispatch)
• Procurement Support: Work with our Sites and Services team maintaining relationships with suppliers and uphold of SLAs.
• Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels processing orders and ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Dispatch: Monitoring shipments ensuring timely delivery and coordinating with distributors and partners.
• Data Analysis: Interpreting operational data to identify bottlenecks solve problems and find opportunities for improvement.
• Cost Reduction: Developing strategies to cut expenses while maintaining quality.
• Process Improvement: Innovating and optimizing supply chain processes for greater efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identifying vulnerabilities and helping create contingency plans.
• Sustainability: Implementing eco-friendly practices and meeting environmental goals.
