Job Summary
Takealot Group South Africas leading online Retail / Fashion / Delivery organisation is looking for a highly talented Industrial engineering Graduate: Trade Strategy to join our team. The Graduate Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group namely: TFS and Mr D.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field

- Understanding of industrial engineering principles and methods (work study process improvement operations management).
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of trade and operational strategies
- Analyse data to identify efficiencies trends and improvement opportunities
- Assist with process optimization and performance measurement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
This is a 12-month contract position.
