Production Manager
Salary: $110000 $120000

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations across three shifts and six assembly production lines. This role manages a team of three Production Supervisors and is responsible for ensuring efficient high-quality production while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage three Production Supervisors across all shifts
Oversee six assembly production lines
Plan and coordinate production schedules
Control daily operations to meet production goals
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling
Experience managing multiple shifts and supervisors
Ability to implement process improvements and maintain quality standards
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

$110000 $120000 per year
