Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in New Orleans. This role is responsible for ensuring that facilities equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is proactive solution-oriented and takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance support.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure safety standards are met
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and general maintenance problems
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications :
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
