Product Manager Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain


Help shape the future of a fast-growing energy technology company by leading the charge on manufacturing and supply chain systems transformation.

This is your chance to own the entire journey from defining what capabilities the business needs to evaluating and selecting the right platforms to implementing solutions that will scale globally. You wont just be implementing software. Youll be building the foundation for a company transitioning from startup mentality to public company discipline.


Details:

Start date: ASAP

Location: North of Nashville TN (onsite presence required)

Company: 500M revenue 1200 employees recently went public


Key Requirements:

  • Strong manufacturing and supply chain process knowledge
  • Experience applying technology to solve operational problems
  • Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs
  • Apply a technology agnostic approach
  • Willingness to be onsite regularly (manufacturing floor time required)
  • Open to Agile methodologies

  • Youll work alongside other product managers covering Finance Sales and Engineering not in a silo.
  • Technology agnostic approach. Could be Microsoft Dynamics could be Palantir could be composable architecture.
  • Real influence. Youll help decide what gets built not just implement what others chose.
  • This role doesnt end after go-live. New markets new products acquisitions theres always something next.


What Youre Walking Into:

The company just went public. Theyre SOX-controlled now. Big culture shift from just get it done to doing things the right way.

Currently running a mix of Dynamics GP Excel and paper processes.

Just built a brand new production plant and HQ.

International expansion underway (Australia Europe South America).

Compensation:

Base: $120000 $160000

Bonus: 10% (based on Revenue EBITDA Cash Conversion and personal KPIs)
