Job Summary

Were seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager with strong product design experience and a proven track record of owning the full product lifecycle: from concept and customer discovery through launch iteration and post-release evaluation.

This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain/web3 infrastructure including the challenges of deploying applications on-chain (Ethereum Solana and proprietary chains). You will help solve problems around fragmentation interoperability and developer experience at the infrastructure layer.

What Youll Do

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery validation design partnership requirements launch and ongoing optimization.
Conduct customer and developer interviews to uncover pain points validate needs and shape product direction.
Partner closely with design and engineering teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements and technical solutions.
Lead successful product releases and track measurable outcomes to understand what worked what didnt and what to improve.
Drive product strategy for on-chain applications with a focus on scalability security and interoperability across chains.

What You Bring

Strong product design and UX collaboration experience.
Demonstrated success managing products from idea launch iteration.
Ability to clearly explain decisions insights tradeoffs and learnings.
Solid understanding of web3/blockchain infrastructure developer tooling and the technical constraints of building on-chain.
