Job Summary

The Customer Experience Coordinator I is responsible for providing world-class customer service and transactional support over the phone and through electronic communications. This position has primary responsibility for processing incoming product orders and providing product support referrals. This is a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processes customer orders/changes in accordance with CONMED policies.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Responds to customers and internal partners by providing accurate valid and complete information.
  • Flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments.
  • Maintain a pleasant and positive disposition.
  • Partners with customer service and sales team members to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma

Other Attributes:

  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks exceptional organizational skills problem solving techniques and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated performance (goal attainment metrics awards etc.)
  • Excellent oral written and interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening problem solving adaptability time management and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years relevant business experience required in Customer Service and/or Data Entry Operations
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle

This role is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship.

Disclosure as required by applicable law the hourly range for this position is $15.50 22.00 an hour. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location work experience education and skill level. The salary range is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
