Job Summary
Job Title: Project Management Resource
Location: Harrisburg PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Project Management Resource to manage and coordinate multiple IT projects of varying complexity. This role involves end-to-end project lifecycle management and close collaboration with business stakeholders technical teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate activities of internal and external teams across multiple IT initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and required documentation using established project management standards methodologies and templates
Partner with business owners and analysts to define refine and manage project scope
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and control and closure
Facilitate lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders sponsors vendors and key clients
Ensure compliance with PMO standards playbooks and governance practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity
Strong expertise in project management disciplines including:
Scope schedule cost risk communication integration and vendor management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with ServiceNow (Idea Project and Demand modules)
Exposure to Enterprise Business Solutions including SAP projects
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
