Now Hiring: Order Processing Specialist!
Help us keep orders moving customers smiling and operations running smoothly!
Were looking for a detail-driven customer-focused Order Processing Specialist who loves solving problems staying organized and connecting with customers and distributors.
*Hybrid work schedule
What Youll Do
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Review order details for accuracy and enter them into our JDE ERP system.
- Update orders as needed and communicate changes.
- Answer questions on pricing availability and order status.
- Help resolve order issues delays and discrepancies.
- Support internal teams with order-related needs and help improve processes.
What You Bring

Education and Experience:
- Requires a high school diploma. General education or college courses equivalent to an Associates degree in Business Administration is desirable.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service working directly with customers salespeople or distributors.
