Uptown Willmar Mall is hiring a Part-Time Property Manager
This is great opportunity if you have commercial or retail property management experience and are wanting a part-time position. We are seeking qualified candidates for the PT Property Manager at Uptown Willmar Mall. Come grow your expertise by working with our national commercial real estate firm.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Pay Range: $26.00 - 27.00 per hour - Experience Based
Monday - Friday - 4-hour days (minimal evening / weekend on-call)
What You Will Do:You will be responsible for overseeing malloperations financials and tenant relations. This position is20 hours a week M-F withoccasional on-call time required after business hours or on the weekends for building/tenantconcerns or event set-up.Your Work Day:- Operations / Administration: Oversee all day-to-day operations vendor relationships compliance staff property maintenance andrepairs and improvements.
- Financial Administration: Administer the annual budget prepare monthly financial reporting and monitor / approve expenses AP and AR for maintenance and capital improvements per approval guidelines.
- Tenant Leasing & Negotiations: Prospective tenant toursoversee the specialty tenant leasing program and ensure compliance with tenant lease agreements.Build and manage strong tenant relationships and monitor their tenant compliance.
- Marketing & Public Relations: Coordinate special events and promotional activities to enhance the propertys visibility and community connections.
ABOUT YOU
What You Know:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field is desired
- 2-3 years experience as a Property Manager or General Manager in the retail industry.
- 1-2 years experience with property management / accounting-based software. Yardi experience is a plus.
Your Competencies:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact engage and follow-up with tenants.
- Creative and problem-solving mindset to resolve Tenant issues
