Your responsibilities:

The success candidate will be the part of an Sales and Operations team
Responsible for Operations project assigned during Internship.

Qualification Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelors degree of Electrical Engineering.
Shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles learning complex skills and inner company comprehension including but not limited to site experience product training and mentorship program work.
Demonstrating a high technical comprehension including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
Proving a high-level comprehension of the companys core values of safety and integrity taking responsibility where applicable typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months.
A team player open with information and willingly contributes to team discussions with an ability to work without supervision when required.
Additional foreign languages knowledge is considered an advantage.
Quick learner with ability to master new areas.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
