Job Summary
On behalf of our biopharmaceutical manufacturer partner we are looking for an abmitious professional agitated tobuildup of manufacturing and R&D facilities.
In this position you will support greenfield investment projects from the design phase until the point where machines and systems have been qualified to function and production. Through the expand of the site you will also have the opportunity to get a glimpse of how international projects work and improve foreign investments.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position you will support greenfield investment projects from the design phase until the point where machines and systems have been qualified to function and production. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of projects including basic and detailed engineering procurement fabrication construction and commissioning/start-up
- Coordinate and review engineering deliverables
- Provide regular project status reports and manage change orders
- Plan schedule conduct and coordinate the technical and managerial aspects of projects.
- Ensure the successful completion of engineering projects.
- Maintain extensive regular contact with project clients.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
- Monitor budgets and track trends.
- Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve project issues.
- Review and approve client invoices.
- Ensure effective communication between engineering teams and clients.
Professional requirements:
- Education: Master of Science degree in engineering
- Manufacturing Technology: In-depth knowledge of chemical FMCG or pharmaceutical industry equipments
- Machine Operations: Comprehensive understanding of machine principles and functions ability to create machine-specific cleaning and operational SOPs and define preventive maintenance programs
- Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Google tools Smartsheet Quickbase JDE AutoCAD and BMS-EMS systems
- Statistical Analysis: Skilled in calculating SD CVand interpreting data types variables histograms confidence intervalsCp and Cpk
