Job Summary
Position Type: Mostly Remote
Hybrid Schedule: Only onsite for meetings as needed
Contract Length: 5 months extensions
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for leading and delivering multiple IT projects of varying complexity while ensuring alignment with established project management standards and organizational objectives. The position oversees the full project lifecycle coordinating closely with business technology and vendor stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Duties:
Manage and coordinate the work of internal and external resources across multiple IT projects with varying scope and complexity.
Develop maintain and manage project plans schedules and required artifacts using established project management standards methodologies and templates.
Partner with business owners and analysts to define validate and refine project scope and objectives.
Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and controlling and closure.
Monitor project progress risks issues dependencies and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
Facilitate lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to identify process improvements and best practices.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology teams business stakeholders sponsors vendors and key partners.
Ensure consistent adherence to PMO standards playbooks and governance requirements.
Required Skills:
5 years of experience managing projects of varying size and complexity across diverse subject areas.
5 years of hands-on expertise in project management disciplines including integration scope schedule cost communication vendor and risk planning and management.
