This role combines strategic planning and project execution to drive supply chain excellence and long-term business growth. The position is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies managing performance improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Role and responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and refine supply chain strategies aligned with leaders goals.

  • Define KPIs and performance benchmarks for supply chain operations.

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving supply chain performance.

  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across departments.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report supply chain performance metrics identifying improvement areas.

  • Implement best practices and digital tools for process automation and visibility.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a liaison between operations procurement logistics and executive teams.

  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Support decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Education and experience

Overall 10-15 years working experiences 8 of relevant experience in supply chain strategy and execution preferably in a corporate technology-related environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Strategic thinking & business acumen.

  • Project management & execution.

  • Supply chain analytics & KPI management.

  • Change management & leadership.

  • Ability to manage topics/projects simultaneously and collaborate across functions.

  • Experience of Hoshin Kanri OKR MBO BSC SMART Lean Six Sigma is plus.
