The Talent & People Operations Specialist supports Astrobotics hiring and people operations needs with a primary focus on talent acquisition and candidate experience. This role is responsible for executing the full recruiting lifecycle while also providing hands-on support for core HR programs and day-to-day people operations. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys recruiting thrives on organization and follow-through and is energized by supporting employees and managers through well-run people-centered processes. The Specialist works closely with the Director of People and hiring managers to ensure hiring onboarding and HR operations run smoothly and consistently.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on numerous factors including individual performance business objectives and the candidates professional & educational experience.
