Performance Marketing Manager Focus on Video Ads (f/m/d)
The position is part-time (20 hours per week) and limited to 1.5 years.
You will
- You produce video ads that not only look great but also generate leads and sales
- You develop funnel concepts and social ad campaigns test different variations and optimize them in close collaboration with the Senior Performance Manager
- You are open to new technologies keep an eye on current trends and see AI as an opportunity for continuous improvement
- You bring a strong sense for visual design from social posts to performance creatives
- You keep track of campaign performance identify patterns and derive data-driven decisions
- You work closely with our content and social media teams at the intersection of creativity performance and strategy
What you bring to the table
- Several years of experience in performance marketing especially in video ads (e.g. Meta TikTok)
- A talent for storytelling visual design and video editing (Premiere After Effects or Canva Pro whatever suits you best)
- The ability to package content offerings in a way that sparks interest in yoga and meditation
- Numbers dont scare you you want to understand what works and why
- Very good English skills as you will regularly collaborate with our English-speaking team
- You enjoy working independently are curious like to move things forward are eager to try new ideas and bring a healthy dose of creativity
