Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Participate in thorough training on the Toyota Product
- Successfully sell both New and Used Inventory
- Provide captivating demo rides skillfully negotiate prepare all sale documents and close the deal effectively
- Ensure customers receive a warm greeting in a professional manner and provide comprehensive explanations of the Toyota brand
- Have in-depth knowledge of the product and confidently address any inquiries customers may have
- Diligently utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) to document all calls emails and showroom interactions
- Collaborate effectively with the Management staff and Internet Department
- Establish and maintain a robust owner follow-up system to drive repeat business and referrals
- Regularly meet with sales manager to discuss objectives review performance analyze strategies and plan future activities
- Attend various training sessions and sales meetings held by the dealership and manufacturers
- Analyze sales statistics and past actions to optimize time management enhance planning and boost overall sales performance
- Complete any other assigned duties with dedication and efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Availability to work flexible work schedule including evenings weekends and holidays is required
- Must be able to complete one full year of employment before becoming eligible for vacation
- Compliance with the companys dress code
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not obligatory
- Hold a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
