ABOUT THE ROLE

Best Ford is experiencingstrong growthand isseekingan experienced driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment is passionate about the automotive industry and is motivated to maximize team performance and dealership profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train develop and motivate a professional sales team to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins

  • Desk deals and develop a winning strategy for every transaction to maximize profitability

  • Ensure every customer receives an exceptional purchase experience from first contact to delivery

  • Oversee all deal paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards

  • Monitor sales performance and provide real-time coaching and accountability to the team

  • Collaborate with the General Manager on forecasting inventory management and market strategy

  • Performadditionalduties as assigned by the General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of successful automotive sales management experiencerequired

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire hold accountable and develop a sales team

  • Strong working knowledge of dealership sales operations and F&I processes

  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a high-energy assertive approach

  • Used car buying and appraising experience a plus

  • Auto manufacturer master sales and/or management certifications a plus

  • High school diploma or GEDrequired; college degree a plus

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
