Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new merchants through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition and providing resources to help them get started.
- Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for merchant concerns or issues resolving them quickly and professionally.
- Product Expertise: Provide guidance on how merchants can best use Carousells products/services to achieve their goals.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions or webinars to ensure merchants are confident and effective in using our platform.
- Data and Reporting: Monitor merchant usage track insights and share updates with clients and internal teams.
- Client Feedback: Collect and share merchant feedback with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated records of merchant interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate or early career talent with a degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality client experiences
- Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven insights and reporting
- Proactive problem solver who can remain professional under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
