Job Summary

The LinkedIn Monetization function is looking for an Associate Manager of Monetization Strategy to help accelerate growth of our Talent Solutions Business ($10B in Revenue).  This role will work closely with leaders in our business development marketing and sales organizations to define test and scale new and existing partner and direct sales GTM motions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate on commercial frameworks for partner GTM models

  •  including Analyze and track performance of commercial model initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to improve programs influence strategy prioritization and processes. 

  • Manage program performance to identify execution opportunities and conduct lookbacks on programs to evaluate how we can optimize execution or program structure to accelerate performance.

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and offer structures and build the business case for change. 

  • Leverage hypothesis-driven analyses to evaluate pricing and packaging opportunities.

  • Design execute and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies to assess  opportunities.

  • Build analytical models to inform size and influence pricingstrategy to help support sub-workstreams of pricing and packaging strategy initiatives through developing 

  • Design and optimize GTM and pricing processes to drive efficiency through automation scaled motions new sales system infrastructure and reporting.

  • Develop process foundations to improve price governance execution escalation processes market validation customer outcomes & decision making

  • Support the pricing monthly business review process with regional sales SOPS and PMM leaders.

  • Develop pricing tools sales collateral for commercial offers and support sales/business development with program activation. 

  • Partner with sales teams to accelerate expansion of current programs in market leveraging business and pricing intelligence to inform targeting execution and growth opportunities.

 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 Years of Pricing BizOps Business Strategy Finance Business Analytics Sales Operations and/or Go-To-Market Strategy experience at a SaaS company or similar experience at analytical role.

  • 2 years experience with commercial data analysis / viz tools. Highly proficient at Excel & SQL.

  • BA/BS degree in economics management science business applied math statistics finance analytics or related field.

  • 1 Year experience in a customer facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems using data financial modeling and structured thinking.

  • Proven experience gathering and analyzing customer insights to inform GTM pricing and packaging decisions.

  • Understanding of partner and customer value chains including how incentives influence behavior across reps partners and end users.

  • Experience building GTM processes and using sales systems and BI tools to improve reporting and operational efficiency.

  • Comfortable creating and managing reporting in Dynamics.

  • Experience conducting customer and sales interviews to validate opportunities.

  • Ability to build compelling business cases backed by financial models and clear analysis.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced get it done entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to structure and communicate complex information in a simplified manner both written and verbally.
