About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior High Value Fundraising Manager to join our Relationship Fundraising team at Help for Heroes. This senior role will shape and lead one of our most strategically important income streamsensuring we continue delivering life-changing support for veterans and their families.
This senior role is perfect for a confident relationship fundraiser with experience securing major gifts running high-value campaigns and delivering impactful special events.
Youll lead the development and delivery of our high-value giving strategy delivering in excess of 1.2m over the next 12 months including the 17m No One Left Behind campaign major donor income and a new 3-year Special Events strategy. With responsibility for a talented team youll build a strong major donor pipeline secure 5- and 6-figure gifts and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.
Youll collaborate across the organisation to shape compelling proposals develop high-value communications support our 20th anniversary plans and ensure strong financial management and reporting.
As a senior leader you will inspire coach and develop your team fostering a culture of collaboration excellence and innovation.
