This role is a high-visibility and exciting opportunity to join a critical brand for the vaccines portfolio as well as develop key marketing skills including: (1) setting clear marketing objectives and strategies (2) developing innovative tactics and resources (3) directing agencies (4) driving operational excellence (5) managing budgets (6) evolving the physician-based Prevnar 20 Adult clinical narrative

As the work evolves priorities change and needs arise the individual will need to flex across several content areas to support/drive the work. Its a fast-paced collaborative environment that requires an organized and coachable colleague with operational US Marketing experience (vaccines preferred) and the ability to navigate the organization and get things done.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Prevnar 20 Adult HCP Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the HCP Team Lead the HCP Lead and the Director of Medical Education to drive brand objectives. Effective coordination and communication with other business channelssuch as Organized Customer and Retailwill be essential to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and goals.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
