Job Description

• Independently manage a high-volume collections caseload (approximately 250 to 400 active matters) from intake through resolution
• Handle court appearances and enforcement proceedings in multiple jurisdictions including covenant enforcement matters
• Work closely with paralegals legal assistants and senior attorneys to drive files forward efficiently
• Review and interpret governing documents and client materials; draft analyses and recommendations for attorney review
• Communicate regularly with community association boards and management companies including routine reporting and status updates
• Track and manage billing (hourly and task-code/fixed-fee matters) with strong attention to detail
• Attend occasional on-site client meetings (board meetings elections and related association matters)

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Virginia Bar license (required)
• 2 years of creditor-side collections experience (community association/HOA collections a plus)
• Comfortable handling court appearances and post-judgment enforcement
• Strong legal research writing and client communication skills
• Organized and able to manage a fast-moving high-volume caseload
