We are seeking a Plant Manager (LSS) to take ownership of project execution and long-term asset performance. This role plays a critical part across construction planning site coordination and post-COD asset oversight ensuring projects are delivered on time and continue to perform as expected over their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities for utility-scale solar PV plants
- Coordinate EPC contractors subcontractors suppliers and consultants
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings specifications safety and quality standards
- Monitor site progress resolve issues and manage interface between civil electrical and mechanical works
- Develop and manage project schedules construction sequences and milestones
- Plan site logistics including material delivery storage and installation sequencing
- Track progress against schedule and identify risks or delays early
- Prepare regular site progress reports look-ahead schedules and risk updates
- Oversee overall plant performance availability and operational KPIs
- Work closely with O&M teams to ensure energy yield and performance targets are met
- Support monitoring of plant financial performance
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) or related field
- Candidates from EPC IPP or power plant backgrounds are welcome
- Strong experience in utility-scale solar power plants or large infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to manage site execution planning and contractor coordination
- Good understanding of solar plant operations O&M and performance drivers
- Comfortable working across technical operational and commercial interfaces
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
