Job Summary

We are seeking a Plant Manager (LSS) to take ownership of project execution and long-term asset performance. This role plays a critical part across construction planning site coordination and post-COD asset oversight ensuring projects are delivered on time and continue to perform as expected over their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site activities for utility-scale solar PV plants
Coordinate EPC contractors subcontractors suppliers and consultants
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings specifications safety and quality standards
Monitor site progress resolve issues and manage interface between civil electrical and mechanical works
Develop and manage project schedules construction sequences and milestones
Plan site logistics including material delivery storage and installation sequencing
Track progress against schedule and identify risks or delays early
Prepare regular site progress reports look-ahead schedules and risk updates
Oversee overall plant performance availability and operational KPIs
Work closely with O&M teams to ensure energy yield and performance targets are met
Support monitoring of plant financial performance

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) or related field
Candidates from EPC IPP or power plant backgrounds are welcome
Strong experience in utility-scale solar power plants or large infrastructure projects
Proven ability to manage site execution planning and contractor coordination
Good understanding of solar plant operations O&M and performance drivers
Comfortable working across technical operational and commercial interfaces
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
