DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Account Manager II within our Biosciences Division (BID) where youll support revenue growth and contribute to serving science. As part of our multibillion-dollar Biosciences business with thousands of colleagues worldwide youll be at the forefront of scientific this role youll develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and services including leading reagents instruments and consumables that serve as essential building blocks for scientific advancements and new medicines.
Working in a collaborative environment youll implement sales strategies identify new business opportunities and provide excellent support to help customers achieve their goals across various critical industries including diagnostics healthcare academia government pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Youll leverage your deep scientific and technical expertise to help customers tackle global challenges and enhance human health.

REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate /Masters Degree with 5 years of sales experience preferably in life sciences
Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences Chemistry or related scientific field
Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn complex product applications and workflows
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong territory management and strategic account planning capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing effective sales strategies
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
Travel up to 70% within assigned territory
Fluency in English required; additional language skills based on territory needs
