What will you do
You willbe requiredto:
Align toGlobal Occupational Health(OH)strategysupportthe management ofworkplaceoccupational healthrisks and opportunitiesat local and regional levels.
AssistOccupational Health Manager on the delivery of OH services at GSK Asia House.
Support Cluster OH Lead Physician in OH governance within Southeast Asia.
Participate inIndependent Business Monitoring (IBM) gap analysis & governance processof GSK global OH Standards.
Promote strong collaboration and engagement with stakeholders (e.g. EHS HR business leaders) to deliver health and business solutions for occupational health challenges that enhance productivity reduce presenteeism and build resilience.
UtiliseGSK resources & relevant technology tools to drive efficient ways of working.
Assistin OH performanceevaluationusingdata analytics.
Stay updated about leading Occupational Health practices and notable workplace initiatives (both inside and outside GSK) that protect employee health.
Strengthenthethriving healthy andresilient Occupational Healthculture.
Createcommunicationcontentviadigital channels including newsletters emails and video messages.
Adhere to the local Performance with Choice policy for hybrid working currently requiring presence at GSK AsiaHousea minimum of three days per week.

What are we looking for
Related experienceand/orinterestin Occupational health
Good insights into the healthcare industrywould be an advantage
Familiarity with statistical software and data management (e.g.Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP or other data analytics software)

Strong presentation communication and multimedia skills (such as Microsoft Office)
Analytics driven outcomes focused and impact oriented
