Job Description

Hello! Are you passionate about providing top-level technical support in dynamic environments We are looking for a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer to join a confidential international company based in Madrid.

You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex incidents collaborating with global teams and ensuring service quality across critical systems.

Anywhere in Spain! Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working.

What Youll Do:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in environments C# and SQL Server
  • Develop temporary solutions through SQL queries ensuring compliance with established SLAs
  • Analyze performance issues in C# and SQL Server proactively
  • Collaborate with the development team in Brazil sharing production incident analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent training
  • Strong knowledge C# and SQL Server
  • Experience in incident resolution and performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities including the OWASP Top 10.
  • Experience conducting or participating in security-focused code reviews with attention to input validation authentication and data protection.
  • Familiarity with integrating automated security tools (e.g. SAST dependency scanning) into the development workflow or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Spanish (C1) and English (B2) proficiency
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from the clients offices in Madrid
  • Valid work permit in Spain

Nice to Have:

  • Experience resolving issues in web applications (Windows and Linux)
  • Knowledge of database administration (SQL Server MongoDB Couchbase Oracle)
  • .NET memory dump analysis (Windows or Linux)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. GIT)
  • Understanding of Azure environments
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools like Jira
  • Portuguese language skills
