Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic motivated Implementation Specialist with a strong desire to grow professionally. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments is eager to learn and communicates confidently with both C-suite executives and frontline operations personnel.
As part of MTechs central project team the Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the implementation of designated software projects for new and existing clients. This role ensures deliverables are met on time and within scope facilitates customer training and helps align MTechs technology with client business addition to leading project work the Senior Project Consultant also mentors junior team members and contributes to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage project scope timeline and resources to meet contractual and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans monitor progress and track key milestones.
- Lead on-site and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders to assess needs and guide implementations.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops and recommend software configurations or customizations.
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify project risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Deliver high-quality on-time implementations aligned with customer business processes.
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
- Lead tailored training sessions for end users and client teams.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations workflows and processes.
- Develop deep proficiency in 46 software modules within one year and independently lead implementations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with support development and product teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the implementation process.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% of domestic and international travel required
- May include travel time on weekends
