A motivated ambitious and experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator is required by a busy local independent estate agency in Leatherhead: offering excellent career prospects strong local presence and rewarding commission potential.

Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Progressing agreed sales through to completion
• Building strong client relationships and maintaining regular contact
• Supporting the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the process

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident articulate and customer-service focused
• Smart professional presentation and manner
• Ambitious driven and results-oriented
• Knowledge of Leatherhead and the surrounding area desirable
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Professional approach with a genuine interest in property
