Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Specialist to support the Caribou Memorial Hospital project in Williams Lake BC. Reporting to the Quality Manager this role oversees quality control for all Shop and Field fabrication/construction ensuring compliance with company client and regulatory standards. The position also supports the development of quality processes and provides advanced guidance to QC Inspectors. This is a fly-in fly-out role from Calgary on a 2-weeks-on 1-week-off rotation with LOA provided.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

Manage quality control for all Shop and Field fabrication/construction to meet company client and regulatory standards
Develop and implement quality plans risk assessments and inspection/test protocols (ITPs)
Lead quality meetings and maintain documentation including audits turnover packages and compliance records
Provide technical guidance and training to project teams and QC Inspectors; resolve quality issues
Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement liaising with authorities and recommending program enhancements

The Right Tools for the Job

Education: Diploma or degree in a related field; knowledge of provincial regulations and MEP inspections is an asset
Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to manage quality plans audits and documentation
Experience: 57 years in quality management within construction with demonstrated technical expertise and leadership
