What you will do:

• Take technical ownership of our Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms: ensure smooth operation administration and continuous optimization.

• Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications from evaluation and installation to upgrades and release planning.

• Design and implement technical solutions and integrations with other IT systems (e.g. HR Finance Building Automation) including hands-on work with interfaces (authentication user provisioning) and data pipelines (APIs ETL).

• Monitor application performance availability and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements.

• Troubleshoot incidents perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands-on: coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd-level support.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation integration specifications and knowledge base.

• Collaborate closely with business units on change requests and digitalization projects managing demand with business and IT management

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have)

• 3 years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on-premises applications including lifecycle management (must-have)

• Technical skills in solution design integration concepts (APIs middleware) user authentication and provisioning methods scripting (PowerShell Python) and system configuration (must-have)

• Strong analytical hands-on troubleshooting and communication skills (must-have)

• Fluent in German and English
