As a Senior Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your primary responsibility will be to establish Amazon Web Services as a key cloud technology provider within the Government of Switzerland. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of Public Sector and technical knowledge that enables them to engage with C-level IT leaders and various Government Organizations. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with Government executives
- Understand the technical and business requirements of Core Government and position AWS as the preferred cloud platform
- Drive the adoption of AWS services and solutions to address the Government needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales solutions architecture and professional services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work closely with the Partner team to ensure a robust AWS ecosystem is engaged to support the customers key business priorities
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Preferred qualifications:
- University Degree
- Experience working in large multinational corporations
- Strong sales track record in customer acquisition
- Strong Customer Network
