Job Summary

Job Title: Assembler III Instrument
Location: Sparks MD 21152
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Mandatory Overtime Job Summary

Assembler III is responsible for complex mechanical and electro-mechanical instrument assembly including sub-assemblies integration basic testing troubleshooting rework and quality inspections. The role requires strong blueprint reading skills adherence to GMP and collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and integrate instruments and sub-assemblies across multiple product lines
Read and interpret drawings work instructions and specifications
Perform basic testing troubleshooting and rework
Maintain device history records and production documentation
Support continuous improvement safety quality and housekeeping standards
Train and support team members as needed
Perform material handling and work overtime as required

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED 2.5 years manufacturing experience OR AA Technical degree
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP)
Strong mechanical aptitude; proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments
Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple work orders
Basic PC skills and English proficiency
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a repetitive environment
