Job Title: Assembler III Instrument
Location: Sparks MD 21152
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime Job Summary Assembler III is responsible for complex mechanical and electro-mechanical instrument assembly including sub-assemblies integration basic testing troubleshooting rework and quality inspections. The role requires strong blueprint reading skills adherence to GMP and collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities -
Assemble and integrate instruments and sub-assemblies across multiple product lines

Read and interpret drawings work instructions and specifications

Perform basic testing troubleshooting and rework

Maintain device history records and production documentation
-
Support continuous improvement safety quality and housekeeping standards

Train and support team members as needed

Perform material handling and work overtime as required
Qualifications -
High School Diploma/GED 2.5 years manufacturing experience OR AA Technical degree

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP)

Strong mechanical aptitude; proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments

Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple work orders
-
Basic PC skills and English proficiency

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a repetitive environment
